The taste is light and very beautiful, with a surrounding acidity tinged with grapefruit-like citrus flavors. By changing the pressing method, it contains plenty of gas, making it refreshing and easy to drink. The woody accents from the koji room, made from the famous wood unique to this brewery, add complexity to the flavor.
For a fresh green apple taste. Slightly refreshing. Convergence is slightly dry.
