I came across it when I was exploring sake shops, so I bought it.
It's my first time to buy Dewa Sanzan.
Cold sake.
The gorgeous aroma is amazing. I want to immerse myself in this aroma.
First of all, you can feel the sweetness and moderate acidity, but a slight bitterness asserts itself.
It is sweet, but it disappears nicely and the aftertaste spreads, leaving a little bitterness on the tongue.
The bitterness is a little stronger than the sweetness of the Omachi I drank before.
The overall balance might have been better with the Omachi?
I couldn't think of a dish to pair it with, so I paired it with apples, cheese and cured ham.
The pairing with the sourness of the apple was great!
I don't usually eat fruit, but I think I'll be consuming more apples until the bottle is empty!
