Evening drinking at home.
The second bottle was Kaimei's Junmai Ginjo Tareuchi.
The acidity doesn't stand out much.
It is a sake with a feeling that the umami spreads slowly.
I enjoyed it with sashimi of "Higesoridai" and "Kosodai".
sashimi and it was delicious.
