First of all, I love the message on the back of the label✨.
From the message, one would expect a gentle, mild sake, but the entrance is modest, with a tight aroma reminiscent of dry acidity.
I thought the temperature might be a little too high, but I waited for a while. I waited for a while.
The dry acidity felt at the entrance was gentle, and it was combined with a refined, slightly swelling umami, and the sharpness started out gentle and ended up crisp and dry.
While the acidity is in the foreground from start to finish, the umami gently swells up in the mouth.
The gentle taste in the middle part of this ☺️ is delicious 🍶.
I had it with "Shrimp, corn, and jakoten no somen". It was a great match ✨✨.
