The aroma is faintly like fresh green apples. Very mellow on the palate. It feels like it clings to the tongue.
The balance of sourness and bitterness is also good, although it is rather sweet. You can tell that this sake was made with great care. It's delicious!
If you drink it as a midday sake, the sweetness becomes even stronger.
But the aroma is not so strong that it disturbs the meal.
We can't believe Kagoshima is filled with such a delicious sake!
