with tempura of cod sprout, fried squid with ginger, grilled oyster with garlic butter I ran into Kaze no Mori, which I wanted to buy someday! We suddenly changed our plan to drink Chablis. I failed to open the package. The cap popped off like a champagne bottle. The first sip, well, maybe I was expecting too much, but I couldn't understand why it was so popular. The apple flavor is too strong and the sake is not good enough? However, once I started eating it, it became more and more delicious. The gas is strong. It's sweet but the aroma doesn't linger. Is it a good sake for eating? I'll re-examine it again tomorrow.
