We also had a bottle of Heiwananishiki Shuzo's main brand, Kaneizumi Junmai Ginjo. This was also purchased directly from the brewery.
This is an aged Shiboritate made with Yamadanishiki.
The aroma has a banana-like ginjo aroma.
There is no acidity, and the spread of sweetness and umami is even deeper than that of the special junmai.
