Takatsugu
Sake from Ehime, which I got on an expedition. This is also the first time I have had Jogawago. According to the liquor store, it is a small brewery and rare outside of Ehime.
It is a junmai ginjo sake, but the alcohol content is kept at 13 degrees and the taste is refreshing. It has a soft, mellow sweetness and umami flavor.
Ehime's sake is rich in individuality, and is enjoyed in Toyo, Chuyo, and Nanyo.
This one is from Nanyo, but I wanted to explore other sake as well. Delicious ❗️
