Junmai Daiginjo-shu made from 100% Omachi, Kangiku Meikozo's main rice. The aroma of thick fruit reminds one of gentle floral white peaches. It has a textured mouthfeel, a juicy and fresh flavor with a fine and pleasant acidity, and a very elegant and clear impression despite its sweet sake quality.
