It has a gorgeous, fruity ginjo aroma typical of Oze no Yukidoke, and a mellow fruitiness that gently expands and spreads on the palate as only Omachi rice can! A gem recognized by wine professionals. A dessert sake reminiscent of a crown melon. The convergence is slightly spicy and bitter. Also good as a food sake.
