禊萩（養殖）
Extra edition of a sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture. It seems to be different from the brand name, so I will introduce it without a name.
It is a white sake made with special rice malt by Onoya Brewery, a natural brewing company in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture.
We bought it when we dropped by Funasaka Shuzo and Harada Shuzo, and also when we stopped by Ohnoya Brewery in the neighborhood.
It is classified as a liqueur.
Ohnoya Brewery's main products are soy sauce and miso (miso), and they sell doburoku, white sake, and seasonal amazake.
The aroma is exactly like rice. It tastes just like amazake.
You could say it is amazake with an alcohol content of 7 degrees.
This kind of unusual drink is also possible.
Next time, I would like to try their doburoku.
