Continuing on from yesterday, this sake is made with Kame-no-o.
I had given up on getting the straight draft due to the recent release of the hi-iri version, but luckily I was able to get it, so I'm going to try it right away.
The aroma is a gentle and clear Uri aroma like No. 6 with a hint of smokiness from the rice. The taste is pleasant with the chirichiri-gas and acidity from direct pumping, the sweetness of the rice is potpourri-like, and the bitterness and spiciness in the back end are just right, delicious delicious delicious 😋😋😋😋.
It was a very satisfying bottle as I was not able to drink the nama-shu type last season 💮.
