On my way home from a business trip, I went to a liquor store in Yonezawa where I bought Gazanryu,
This was my second visit.
I had never heard of this brand.
The aroma is stronger than Gazanryu.
It is definitely delicious.
It is fresh and crisp, but has a nice flavor. It is like a sweet sake.
We had bonito tataki, grilled yam, and grilled shiitake mushroom as snacks.
The high alcohol content makes you feel drunk.
Although it is not supposed to be sparkling, the sensation on the tongue is pleasant.
