新舘幸樹
It has been a long time since I have posted.
This time, I bought some sake as a souvenir for myself when I was out the other day. I went to a liquor store in the station building, and there were so many local sakes lined up that I wanted them all.
Since it was this time of year, I made a selection from the refrigerator.
The first thing I noticed was the color. It is quite yellow. This is not my favorite type. I thought to myself, "This is not my favorite type of wine," and drank it.
The aroma is almost imperceptible. The mouthfeel is slightly thick. At first, there is a slight sweetness, followed by bitterness. The acidity neutralizes the bitterness. The spiciness finishes it all off with a bang. The alcohol content is high at 18 degrees, so it is best to drink it slowly and leisurely.
It is the first sake in a long time that is worth drinking.
