They tried brewing it with No. 10 yeast to commemorate their 10th anniversary.
It has a gentle heady aroma with pineapple-like nuances, a deep yet fruity sweetness, a firm umami, and a pleasant acidity that adorns a nice lingering finish.
Serve with soba miso.
