I'd heard it mentioned in the name, but I could afford it!
It's a little schwishy and sweet when you open it, more pear-like freshness than apple, I guess.
It's 14%, so I can drink it easily.
The alcohol makes it a little harsh, but it is smooth on the palate and the sweetness is even more pronounced!
It's a sin that a good sake tastes good either way!
