うみどり
It's crazy delicious. A lot of Junmai Daiginjo is not my favorite because it has too much of a ginjo aroma, but this one has a gorgeous aroma, but It's subdued and fruity, but also has a complex depth rather than coming to the fore.
In recent years, I have been reluctant to drink Junmai Daiginjo, but the one I drank recently was uniform in quality. Maybe the quality has gone up a notch.
