Honey-like sweetness and citric acid lemon-like acidity. Honey lemon with alcohol.
It has a strong sweetness, so it might go well with cheesecake for dessert. It might have been too much to match it with the usual dinner of yakiniku, boiled vegetables, and bean-curd vermicelli.
The grilled meat was served with salt and pepper, so I think it would go well with it.
If you want to make it more like a meal, it would be better if it had less sweetness and more alcohol or gas.
It is a gentle sweet sake.
