The aroma is koku sweet dodon! It has a nice rich sweetness and full-bodied flavor with a sense of maturity.
The taste is also sweet and suddenly sweet! Then, in the second half, there is a bitter zushin. It's rich and heavy, which is good. But surprisingly, neither the acidity nor the umami are strong, and somehow it is beautiful.

Wow, wow, wow! This is a flashy one! The acidity is clearer than at room temperature.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sour taste explodes. The full-bodied flavor spreads out, and the sweet aftertaste lingers on.
The sweetness of the sugar and the lactic acidity are amazing. The richness is not so much umami, but mainly bitter and astringent.
It is very peculiar. After all, it was a very strange one!
But above all, it tastes so good in spite of such a perverse taste. This is addictive.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would say Sophie's mother in "Howl's Moving Castle. She is very flashy, and wears a flamboyant hat with a cannon on it.
