It is a limited edition from the Tanaka Shuzo "Kamegokura" brewery.
The aroma is weak, but the crisp dryness is followed by the sweetness of the rice.
↑It is best served cold, but the sweetness is more noticeable when served at room temperature or lukewarm.
It is a very well-balanced sake with a good mouthfeel even though it is a ginjo-shu, as it bears the name of the brewery.
