I bought this sake after hearing that it is dry and goes well with fish dishes at my favorite liquor store.
The other two types, Arabashiri, Nakakumi, and Bakumidori, seem to become spicier in that order.
The aroma is gorgeous and the flavor is delicious, and the sweetness is followed by a refreshing finish!
It is not too sweet, and you can enjoy the lingering taste. It is also good for nabe (hot pot)!
