Today we are at Akebono Sake Brewery.
This is a new orikara sake made in honor of the festival called "Ohtawaraki-yaki" in the town of Aizu Sakashita.
The aroma is slightly refreshing.
When you take a sip, you will notice the fizzy, petit-potato, new sake-like bubbles and a refreshing grapefruit-like taste. The clear, refreshing sweet and sour taste and dry aftertaste are typical of Tenmei. I like the taste that you can tell from one sip that it is Tenmei! I like the taste that you can tell it's Tenmei ^ ^.
This is the first Akebono brew since Tenmei's Nakadori No. Zero.
What number should we try next? Is it Akebono? I was wondering what I should try next when I saw this powerful label and reached for it.
Today 1/14 is the day of the festival and I waited until today to open the bottle.
I was glad to see the news in Kansai broadcasting the tug of war between the red and white teams, each wearing a loincloth, over a large bale weighing 3 tons ^ ^.
I heard that red was the winner this year.
It was the first time in 3 years that I was able to watch the festival and enjoy the local sake, I feel like I was able to participate in the festival just a little bit, which gives me power 💪.
