We had this sake as an aperitif for lunch at Tamaiya, which is also home to the ◎ sake brewery.
It is a winter-only sake, and while refreshing, it had a hint of sweetness that made it easy to drink.
The fact that we were able to drink it on a weekday afternoon added to its flavor.
