酔園砂
Not a modern type, but a popular Katsuma.
A bottle that is gentle on the palate and easy to drink
Aroma: Not strong, but woody and sour
Taste: The sweetness spreads on the tongue first, followed by a gentle rice flavor.
Aftertaste: As you swallow, you get a bitter taste after the umami, and an alcoholic sensation coming through the nose.
Since I couldn't buy Kachikoma Shiboritate a day late, I decided to drink Junmaishu today.
As always, it was a gentle and delicious bottle.
