Yukinokayasha Shinshu Junmai Ginjo Namaishu
A little wilder than the usual Junmai Ginjo?
Aroma: Light wood acid smell
Taste: This sake has a strength that is not found in the usual Yuki no Kayasha Junmai Ginjo. It has a subtle sweetness, then umami, acidity, and bitterness.
Aftertaste: Gentle Kayasha lingering after a moderate bitterness.
It is a namaishu with a roughness that is different from the usual Yuki no Kayasha Junmai Ginjo.
If you are looking for that gentleness, it may be a little different.
