It is like old-fashioned sake.
Slightly cemedine-like ginjo aroma.
I had it cold.
It is smooth on the palate, but after dropping it down the throat, it comes on quickly.
I wonder if it is an umakuchi type sake with a lingering aftertaste.
Bitterness? Accented bitterness?
Not my favorite, but probably a tasty guy when heated up.
