At the Sake Brewery
Last week I had a chance to visit Nara, so I went to Inada Sake Brewery.
I knew them from a previous sake event in Kitakyushu, so I visited them while I was back home!
Cold sake
The aroma is subdued.
The powerful umami of rice spreads from the beginning of drinking!
It is rather dry.
The aftertaste is normal.
