The robust mouthfeel unique to junmai-shu disappears quickly. I feel that the water is good.
It does not interfere with the taste of any food.
I bought a set of five bottles this time, and I was impressed by the variety of tastes that can be found in a single mouthful of daiginjo. I am now looking forward to drinking other sake even more.
