Refreshing โจ, rummy. Good mouthfeel. Good acidity. Citrus ๐. I missed taking a picture of the important sake ๐ฐ.
Uwajima tai meshi is not cooked rice with rice, it's rice with egg over tai sashimi ๐ณ Fresh tai makes it so delicious ๐ Satsumameshi is tai sashimi mixed with barley miso and soup stock, then ground up and served over rice. It was a very satisfying night in Uwajima ๐.
