The wine is a clear liquor color with soft water quality and ripe, sweet banana aromas. However, it's restrained, with a short aftertaste as it moves lightly through the nose.
On the palate, the sweetness is gone, and the taste is sharp and crisp, with a sharp mouthfeel and bitterness. The short aftertaste and moderate umami make this a dry sake, but the timing and degree of sweetness is very good and it is pleasant to drink.

For a light drink that you will never get tired of, you want to drink it as a stand-alone drink and take your time.

I recommend using a low temperature just out of the refrigerator. With time, as the temperature rises, you can enjoy the change in sweetness.
