It is Hida-banji Onikoroshi Junmai Namazake. But how many kinds of sake called "Onikoroshi" are there in Japan? I have had many kinds of Hida sake, but I think this is my favorite. It is punchy and refreshing among Hida's sake. Is it high in alcohol? It's umami and dry, but you can also taste the freshness of the sake.
