This is Shinsei Cosmos.
It is one of my favorite bottles of Shinsei.
I was shocked when I drank it for the first time, and I drank it too easily. It tastes like Shinsei.
It has a refreshing and clean sourness, and every time I drink it, I want to taste it more. I also paid attention to the unusual sake rice called "kaihen shinkou". The sake rice is also interesting. You can't taste it anywhere else...
If you drink it at home, you have to control yourself or it will be gone in a day... lol
