Toyosawa Junmai Sake - Fire-brewed
This sake is only available at Kacchan's popular bar.
I went to the restaurant where I had previously received the Narazuke cream cheese that had impressed me so much, and was told that the izakaya was closed, but that only the master would serve sake like a BAR.
I was told that this was the only sake that is sold wholesale only at this restaurant.
I can only vaguely remember it from my second visit, but I think it was delicious with a firm sweetness of rice and a sharpness of bitterness. ......
We were also served a firm cream Nara-soaked cream cheese, which was awesome! I remember it clearly 😅😅.
