The one I bought when I went to Izumo because I had never seen or drunk it before (I bought it to drink over there, but brought it back with me because I drank a lot of it outside 🤣).
Okuidumo no ichidotsu: Improved Oumachi
Sake made in Shimane from an improved variety of Omachi called Koromo Omachi🌾.
Beautiful sake and gentle.
After a day of drinking outside, the sweetness and umami taste increased.
Not much acidity, I guess.
But it's clear and delicious 😋.
