This is the brewery that makes Akita's Takashimizu. There is a reason why they didn't use the name Takashimizu... When I found out the reason, I wanted to drink it as an Akita citizen.

It's true that the flavor comes on quickly in the temperature range shown on the back of the bottle.
The taste is soft and peachy. The acidity is strong, but it is round and does not break up the taste.
The alcohol content is 16.5 degrees, which is a little strong and shows in the taste, but as I've been craving for something more satisfying to drink lately, I was glad to have it.
I think I can drink it until three o'clock in the morning without getting bored...
