Low alcohol with a slight carbonation on the palate. It has a slight sweetness that is typical of sake at first, but it has a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste, which changes to dryness as the cup is tasted.
Mellow, dry, wine-like. Light. Lingering dry bitterness, slightly stronger.
