こるね
<Core, soft, refreshing, clean acidity>.
The color is clear and transparent.
The aroma is very faint.
In the mouth, it has rounded acidity and soft sweetness. The acidity is even more pronounced, but it is gentle and clean, without any spikes. The hint of aroma in the nose is also very nice. It is low in alcohol, but has a solid core.
I'm basically not a fan of acidity-centered sakes, but this one is great!
I chose a crispy cheese cracker to go with the sake. The cheese is violently thick, and there is twice as much black pepper in it as you would expect. It brought out the sweetness of the sake, and boom! This combination was a jackpot.
The specs are
Sake made: Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 14.5% ・・・ Low
Sake meter: +4.0 ・・・ Slightly spicy
Yeast: Association 14 & Association 6
The name of this sake is a Ghibli analogy: Hirota from "Omohide Poroporo". He is a boy in the 5th grade of elementary school who likes the clouds. He is a sportsman, fresh, and kind.
Satisfaction: ★★★★
