It was a New Year's celebration, so my father bought it.
My father doesn't drink alcohol at all, but he's not very good at choosing sake, thinking that the higher the price, the better the sake, or choosing sake just by word of mouth.
When I heard the price of this sake, I was blown away. I've never bought anything that expensive...
The important thing is that the taste is complex and hard to describe.
I usually prefer a fruity, easy-drinking taste, so it's not my favorite, but if you like bitter, sour, or astringent sake, you might like it.
