The weather is getting warmer. With it, this season of pollen... 😂 On my way home, I found a liquor store that looked good through Google search and visited. I was lucky to find my favorite Gobashi on the shelf🤞. The bottle was opened immediately after I got home😅. Gohashi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Shu Mukuninoshu, a limited edition once-a-year sake from Gohashi. It is brewed using 100% rice from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and only the "arabashiri" or "Nakadori" portion of the sake is bottled. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a very pleasant finish with a strong sweetness that suits the arrival of spring. I also liked the lingering slightly bitter taste that came afterward. I really like Gobashi.
