This sake is made with half wine yeast for Chardonnay and half Akita yeast UT-2.
It's sake, but it smells a little like white grapes, and has a natural flavor with a gentle hint of lactic and winey acidity! Yeah, it's delicious!
It was light and elegant, with a breezy, mature taste that spreads elegantly in the mouth.
