Yasu
It started off as a subdued junmai sake, not very fragrant, but then I realized the true value of this sake. The first half of the sip is distinctly different from the second.
The first half is smooth and refreshing, like clear water, while the second half is a delight to drink, with a touch of bitterness and a richness to it, a real treat.
