Today we have a liqueur from Nara Toyosawa Shuzo Brewery, famous for Houshuku.
We will have a liqueur made of rice and malted rice.
I found this liqueur at a convenience store near here, so I bought it.
It has a faint aroma of rice and a faintly sweet sake.
The taste is sweet. It is slightly effervescent. The alcohol content is low, so it feels like a sweet, easy to drink sake.
I knew it wasn't a Japanese sake 🙌 it's a liqueur.
Compared to the famous Mio, it has less sweetness and less fizzy taste.
