It was a sake that made me realize that the taste of sake isn't just about the ingredients or the way it's made.
This sake is mainly for the prefecture, but I was lucky enough to drink it. It's a Honjozo, so the price is modest, but in the prefecture they say it's good enough even if it's not Jyushiyo. The price is certainly the best, and it's very tasty. I really envy people in Yamagata who can drink this all the time. It's a gem that I always want to have on hand.
On this day, the sake was so good that I got very drunk😂.
