Kariho Junmai I had it with cold sake. It has a bit of alu taste, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I like to pair it with pounded bonito to soften the fish's odor and add flavor. There was cream cheese, but the impression of sourness was not good. Sashimi is the best choice.
