Next was Hime-no-i's Honjozo Echigo Takayanagi from Niigata. It features a four-stage glutinous rice brewing process. It has a moist sweetness, but at the same time it has a crispness that is typical of Niigata. It is said to be loved by local sake drinkers, and indeed it is. It can be drunk at room temperature. A gift from my former boss at my former company. A very nice gift.
