This is the main brand of Ikedaya Sake Brewery in Ibigawa Town.
The number on the label indicates the year of establishment, so this sake brewery has been around since the middle of the Edo period.
It is located a few minutes' walk from Fusashimaya no Tokoro Sake Brewery.

In fact, this brewery basically sells only one bottle of sake, and the only four-pack bottles available are a set of junmai sake and honjozo sake or daiginjo sake.
The aroma is unique to sake and has a strong alcohol taste.
The strong alcohol taste on the palate is accompanied by an assertive umami flavor. It is a dry type without acidity.
