SakyaDark, rice amazing...
I thought Junmai Dry was not my taste, so I don't often buy it myself.
At first it was cold and I felt the rice to the fullest! It goes well with the sweetness of the sweet potatoes on the menu. It would go well with horse sashimi, but I think it would also go well with toro or something warm and sweet.
When I heated it up, it became mellow and easy to drink. It's totally fine on its own!
