This limited edition sake is based on the concept of a sake brewed by a wolf out of two hares wearing a rabbit's skin. On the first day of sipping, it was sweet and not very sour, but not sticky. On the second day, I started to taste a little spiciness, but it was like the wolf was shedding its skin a little with a sweet base. The rest of the meal will be served over the weekend.
