baya
When served hiya, it has a delicate sweet flavor with a slight gasiness, a subtle acidity in the finish, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, with a good balance of softness and delicacy.
When served lukewarm, the alcohol taste comes forward and it is not so good.
When served hot, it has the same good balance as hiya, with the acidity of omachi and a gentle sweetness in a delicate and refined balance.
At worst, it is thin and lacks punch, but that makes it a versatile sake that does not interfere with the flavors of the food it is served with.
This is the first time for me to drink Yuki no Bijin, but the taste reminds me of the fragility of Yuki no Bijin and the strength of its core that does not lose its balance.
