Home drinking. Kamehameha Junmai Sake is a new and refreshing brew made with rice and water from the Kumamoto region and Kumamoto's famous No. 9 yeast. It has a lactic acidity with a touch of grape-like sourness, and a smooth, fruity, tart flavor with a gentle bubbling sensation on the palate, and a full mouthfeel of rice and sourness in the middle and end of the finish with a light woody astringency.
